Our third location of our award winning farm-to-table restaurant, Artisan, will be located on the ground floor of the hotel. A feast for all the senses, Artisan combines exquisite local and seasonal flavors through New England-inspired cuisine with a New England flair. Our James Beard award winning Executive Chef, Frederic Kieffer, will have his own on-site greenhouse, where he plans to grow a variety of produce to be used in his seasonal menus. Artisan will also provide all room service and catering for banquets and special events. Artisan will offer a spacious private dining room ideal for celebrating special occasions or business dinners.
