Apple Picking in Connecticut This Fall
Apple picking is one of the best things to do in Connecticut and the perfect activity to welcome in the Fall season. Beginning mid-September, Connecticut’s apple orchards are at their busiest. Many of these orchards and farms also offer other fall fun, including corn mazes, pumpkin picking, hayrides, apple cider, and apple cider donuts.

From mid-August into early November, their vast apple orchard offers over 24 varieties of apples for you to pick from.
Once you are done picking out fresh apples, stop by the farm market for a fresh-baked pie or apple cider donuts, or enjoy a fresh hot batch of their famous apple fritters for one of the concession stands.
