Established in 1981, the beautiful grounds of the Greenwich Polo Club unroll over high-goal polo fields and the world-class home of the White Birch Polo Team, which has won more high-goal tournaments, including the 2005 US Open Polo Championships, than any other outfit over the past quarter-century.

In 2013, Prince Harry even selected the Greenwich Polo Club as the site of the Sentebale Royal Salute Polo Cup, which raised money for his and Prince Seeiso of Lesotho’s Sentebale charity.

Sunday Polo Matches at the Greenwich Polo Club

Almost every Sunday in summer, more than 2,000 spectators come to this hallowed field to watch the match. The Greenwich Polo Club season runs from June to September; this year, the fun begins on Sunday, June 10, with the Shreve, Crump & Low Cup. Sunday matches take place between 3 and 5 PM, with the gates opening at 1 PM.

You’re in for an exciting afternoon. High-goal polo features a thrillingly swift pace of play, with pony and rider in full-bore action. It’s utterly captivating, whether you’re a dyed-in-the-wool polo fan (and maybe player) or completely new to the sport. Get your tickets for a Sunday match.
