Warm Up Winter with our Sip & Stay Wine Tasting Package
Who says that a New England winter is all about the mountains, your skis, and a pair of snowshoes?
At DELAMAR, we know that the season can be that… and much more. And that’s why we’re delighted to invite you to a new kind of winter wonderland in New England: an escape to the knotty grapevines and rolling acreage of Brignole Vineyards.
Welcome to Brignole Vineyards
Brignole Vineyards, located in nearby East Granby, Connecticut, is a family-owned and operated Italian-style winery, dedicated to producing the best wines in New England.
With an emphasis on local heritage, a love of Connecticut varietals, and a palate for blending reginal and California grapes, Brignole Vineyards creates a Napa-like experience with a very New England flair.
It’s a winning combination – literally. Among other awards, Brignole Vineyards has medaled in the Amenti Del Vino Competition and Musto Wine Competition, several years running.
Sip & Stay Wine Getaway
Come and taste for yourself what these Connecticut wines have to offer, with our Sip & Stay Wine Package, designed to blend the beauty of our white landscapes with the diversion of wine tasting.
Your excursion includes a flight of six Brignole Vineyards wines of your choosing. Each selection is crafted under the discerning eye of award-winning vintners with a combined experience of 70+ years. The resulting reds, whites, and rosés are infused with New England charm (and equally charming names, including Sunset, White Birches, and Monarch).
After the wine tasting, you are invited to settle in for live music in the tasting room, playing every Friday (4 p.m. to 7 p.m.) and Sunday (2 p.m. to 5 p.m.).
Our Sip & Stay Wine Package is available for weekend stays through March 31, 2019 and includes:
- Deluxe accommodations for two
- Welcome glass of bubbly
- Flight of six wines at Brignole Vineyards for two – keep the glasses!
- In-room bottle of Artisan Rosé Wine
- Breakfast buffet at Artisan Restaurant
Together, we toast this new kind of winter wonderland!Back to Blog
