Our employees are well advised that they must stay home if they feel sick or unwell. Our leadership team is closely following the latest guidelines from the Centers of Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) related to COVID-19.
Understanding that flexibility is important during these changing times, we have updated our cancellation policy. You may cancel or modify your reservation, without penalty, up to 48 hours prior to arrival, for stays thru July 31, 2021. We will continue to monitor and revisit this policy based on Federal and State guidelines.

Our indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, and fitness center are open for your enjoyment. Our Bistro is now open for dine-in, as well as take-out and delivery of our entire menu for you to enjoy meals from the comfort of your guestroom. We also boast the only outdoor heated pool in Traverse City, equipped with lounge style seating, to enjoy cocktails and shareable food items, poolside. Be sure to make a reservation for this exclusive dining experience.
Restaurants and bars have now resumed dine-in service, however some are operating at restricted hours, so we recommend calling ahead when planning your visit. Take a stroll downtown, visit one of the many wineries and breweries, walk to the beach, or hike any of the amazing trails Traverse City has to offer. The outdoors are open for your enjoyment!
