Delamar Greenwich Harbor hotel is excited to announce that we’ll be introducing an enhanced dining experience in Spring 2023 that incorporates what everyone loves about l’escale, only better.
We are thankful to our guests and members of the community for their patronage and making l’escale the iconic institution that it has become. We look forward to continuing these beloved traditions, along with the opportunity to create greater synergy between the restaurant and hotel.
l’escale will be closed on December 1st. We look forward to reopening in Spring 2023.
Absolutely, there will be no change at the hotel and spa. We will continue to welcome guests, as we always have!
Think South of France! Guests will enjoy a similar experience with an enhanced French menu served within a newly renovated dining room, outdoor patio and private banquet rooms.
Yes! l’escale’s opening Chef, our current Chef, Frederic Kieffer, will continue to lead the culinary team. Management and service staff will also remain the same.
Our menu will feature Provencal French & Mediterranean dishes that are the hallmark of Chef Kieffer’s repertoire.
Of course, we will honor all contracts at our newly renovated banquet rooms where attendees will enjoy superior service and culinary offerings. For information or to book a private event for this spring and beyond, please email email@example.com.
Charles Mallory, founder of Delamar Hotels, in collaboration with French-American restaurateur Jean Denoyer, was behind the original vision for l’escale over 23 years ago. Mr. Mallory, Chef Kieffer, and the Delamar team have great respect for the history and significance of this beautiful place. We are committed to creating new memories and keeping this vision alive for the community and hotel guests.
We will keep you apprised of our progress, as we announce the name of the restaurant and more information.
In the meantime, you can still enjoy dining at your favorite table at l’escale.
