Events at Delamar Southport

Integrated seamlessly within DELAMAR Southport’s classic decor are private spaces for corporate meetings, weddings and social events, all of which include ample natural light and can accommodate all sizes from 10 to 150 guests. All catering is provided by Artisan Restaurant, with cuisine influenced by New England’s seasons and flavors.

Cunningham Room

The Cunningham Room is located on our ground floor and offers guests 900 square foot of meeting space with abundant natural light. This room can accommodate up to 80 for theatre or reception style, 70 banquet, 36 classroom or U-shape and 30 in a board room style.
The Folly

The Folly is located just off the hotel’s main courtyard and offers 1,200 square feet (including cobblestone) of unique indoor/outdoor space for hosting meetings and special events. This room is heated and air conditioned for use year round. The Folly can accommodate up to 125 theater style or for a reception, 100 for a banquet, 60 classroom, 40 U-shape and 30 board room style.
Presidential Suite

The Woodward-Newman Presidential Suite is a 2,800 square foot space (446 sq ft of meeting space) with three beds, three baths, a full chef’s kitchen, and living room complete with a fireplace and den. This space is ready to serve as the venue for a cocktail reception, or the room can be configured for a formal meeting or seated dinner, depending on your preference. The living room in this suite can fit up to 40 theatre style, 75 for a reception, 30 banquet style, 18 classroom, 22 U-shape and 22 board room style.
In-Suite Meetings

Our spacious suites are excellent options for smaller meetings and breakout spaces. We can offer the suite with the living room setup, or transform to a board room per client’s specifications. All suites can offer AV upon request.
