DELAMAR West Hartford provides local residents with a much needed chic and refined venue for social events such as weddings, bar and bat mitzvahs, charity galas and corporate meetings and retreats. The hotel features over 5,000 square feet of private event space, all which offers ample natural light, and can host events ranging in size from 10-400 guests.
All catering is provided by Artisan Restaurant and menus can be customized for dietary and religious restrictions (including kosher style).

The private boardroom is located on the second floor of the hotel with easy access to our other meeting room. Perfect for small groups, the Boardroom is a unique space which doubles as a billiard room or private meeting space. Outfitted with a custom billiard table that turns into an executive conference table, as well as a TV, this room accommodates 12 people for a meeting of up to 20 for a cocktail reception. A great room for more casual meetings or a groom’s suite.
Residing on the second floor, Meeting rooms North and South are the ideal setting for both corporate meetings and small private affairs. Depending on the needs of your group, these rooms can accommodate up to 50 guests for dinner service and from 20 to 80 people for corporate meetings with either boardroom, theatre, or classroom seating.
Meeting room South also offers beautiful pre-function space for up to 70 guests. The pre-function space, located directly outside Meeting Room South, highlights DELAMAR’s art gallery, crystal chandeliers, and signature staircase. Meeting Room North, located directly across from the Executive Boardroom, accommodates up to 40 people for our most intimate cocktail party.
The largest and most opulent of our Event space, the Mystic Ballroom overlooks Artisan’s garden and lush event lawn. Complete with an outdoor fireplace, the lawn may be tented for continuous flow between indoor and outdoor event space.
The Mystic Ballroom offers 3,700 sq ft and accommodates up to 400 people for a cocktail reception or theater seating, 300 people for a seated dinner without a dancefloor, and up to 200 people classroom style. Alternatively, this space may also be split into two separate rooms for entertaining smaller groups.
Offering two thirds of the Ballroom, Mystic West accommodates between 50 and 250 people for meetings or cocktails and up to 200 people for a seated dinner.
Comprising one third of the Ballroom, Phoenix accommodates between 30 and 150 people for meetings or cocktails and up to 100 people for a seated dinner.
