Enjoy exclusive use of the spa’s four treatment rooms, nail salon and relaxation room. Minimum price per person is $140 per hour, which includes each guest’s choice of massage or facial, champagne, tea and assorted snacks. Minimum of 8 guests, Maximum of 12.

Nail Salon Takeover

Treat yourself and your closest friends to the ultimate pampering experience in the DELAMAR Nail Salon. Complete with two manicure and two pedicure stations, the nail salon is ideal for a pair of two or group of four. Pricing starts at $25.00.

Customized Spa Treatments

Schedule spa appointments around your meeting agenda or social gathering. Complimentary holds can be reserved up to two weeks prior, so that guests can select a time that best fits their schedule. Pricing subject to selected treatment.

MIXOLOGY & CULINARY

Mixology

The Perfect wrap – up to your meeting session. Attendees can break into groups to create unique cocktails. This hour and a half activity encourages socialization, creativity, and a little competition amongst your group all while having fun! $65.00 per person. Includes one stationary hors d’oeuvre.

Wine Pairing Dinner

Learn about different wines as a personal sommelier guides you through a 4-5 course pre-fix menu prepared exclusively for your group. $175 per person.

Food Foraging with the Chef

Harvest the freshest ingredients with the Chef in Artisan’s own garden. Ingredients will later be used in a cooking demonstration where you learn how to prepare one of Artisans farm to table delicacies. $145.00 per person. Includes a glass of prosecco.

S’mores at the Firepit

Sit back and enjoy creating the classic fireside treat at the Delamar’s outdoor stone fireplace. Add a cocktail and have a seat in one of the comfy lounge chairs to complete this relaxing outdoor activity. $500.00 for firepit rental & smores. Excludes cost of cocktails.

Lawn Games

Ladder Ball, Cornhole, Bocce and more! Play your favorite game on the Private Event Lawn. The perfect activity to enjoy during a meeting break or a cocktail reception. $50.00 per game. Includes Set up.

Art Tour

Take a guided tour throughout the hotel and enjoy pieces from the New Britain Museum of Art. While the artwork changes every few months, they are currently displaying the Wonder Stories collection which highlights the unique artwork of comic books. Pricing Varies on Number of Guests. Food and Beverage Additional.
